Statement of Limited Warranty - UNITED STATES, CANADA & MEXICO

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PEG PEREGO CHILDREN'S RIDE-ON VEHICLES.

6-MONTHS LIMITED BATTERY WARRANTY (if applicable) LIMITED TO BATTERY INSTALLED AT THE TIME OF MANUFACTURE.

This limited warranty covers the Peg Perego ride-on vehicle (for children) and/or the rechargeable battery (if applicable), for the original, noncommercial purchaser, who purchased it from Peg Perego or an authorized Peg Perego dealer, against defects in materials and/or workmanship.  However, it does not cover the cost of shipping or handling.   If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with parts and services rendered.

This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the vehicle nor the battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident abuse, misuse, improper service, modification and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of Peg Perego U.S.A., Inc. whether under this warranty or implied under law for any indirect or consequential damages for breach of any warranty. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

SHOULD YOU NEED SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE with your vehicle during or after warranty period, DO NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE STORE.

JUVENILE WARRANTY INFORMATION

STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY UNITED STATES, CANADA & MEXICO

Peg Perego guarantees each of its new Infant & Toddler products (still owned by the original consumer) to be free from defects in materials and or defects caused by workmanship when purchased from Peg Perego or an authorized Peg Perego dealer. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation or unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not manufactured by Peg Perego or components altered and/or disassembled.

Warranty period:

• Chassis - 1 year from purchase date
• Upholstery - 90 days from purchase date
• Car Seats - 6 months from purchase date

YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION (Card) MUST BE ON FILE WHEN WARRANTY SERVICE IS REQUESTED.

 If you have a problem with your product, and if the problem is covered under this warranty, service will be provided free of charge.  However, it does not cover the cost of shipping or handling.  If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with the service rendered.

Peg Perego's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as is deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
